This Shipping Policy explains how Aurora PowerUp LLC processes and delivers orders placed through aurora-powerup.com.

Order processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@aurora-powerup.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched and are provided as guidance, not guarantees.

Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may take approximately 30–45 business days.

Orders may be delivered by different international and local carriers depending on the destination and product. Customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruption, postal delays, and other events outside our reasonable control can extend delivery times.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking may take up to two business days to begin showing movement.

Items from the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within four business days, please contact us with your order number.

Delayed, missing, or delivered packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@aurora-powerup.com. We will review the shipment with the carrier and explain the available next steps under our Return and Refund Policy.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us. We will provide available tracking and carrier information to support your inquiry.
